Yes. Every top is printed to order especially for Bassfest 2026, so each one is made just for you. It also means we can’t offer returns or exchanges on the wrong size — please check the size guide before ordering.
Each product page has a full size guide (chest, waist and hips in inches). The fit is a relaxed athletic cut — it’s true to size, so go by your chest measurement, and size up only if you’d prefer a looser fit.
Every top is made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days, and standard UK delivery then takes 1–2 days. For UK delivery, order by 11:59pm on Thursday 9 July to receive your top before the festival. You can also choose free festival collection at any point; after the home-delivery cut-off, collection becomes the only option. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Yes. Choose free festival collection at checkout and pick your top up from the merch point on-site at Don Valley Bowl. Bring your order confirmation and ID.
Because every item is made to order it’s final sale, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available.
