Are the tops made to order?

Yes. Every top is printed to order especially for Bassfest 2026, so each one is made just for you. It also means we can’t offer returns or exchanges on the wrong size — please check the size guide before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a full size guide (chest, waist and hips in inches). Go by your measurements to find your size.

When will my order arrive?

Home delivery has now closed — all orders are made for free collection from the merch point at the festival. If you chose home delivery before the cut-off (11:59pm on Thursday 9 July), your top will be dispatched within 3–5 working days with 1–2 day UK delivery, and you’ll receive tracking by email. Can I collect my order at the festival?

Yes. Choose free festival collection at checkout and pick your top up from the merch point on-site at Don Valley Bowl. Bring your order confirmation and ID.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is made to order it’s final sale, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available.
