How and when your order reaches you, and what happens if something isn’t right.
All items are made to order for Bassfest 2026. Home delivery has now closed — every order is for free festival collection from the on-site merch point. If you ordered home delivery before the cut-off (11:59pm on Thursday 9 July), your order will be dispatched as planned and you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Collection is free of charge. Pick your order up from the merch point on-site at Don Valley Bowl, Sheffield during Bassfest 2026 (18th & 19th July 2026). Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
Every top is made to order especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email contact@shopbassfest2026.com within 14 days of receiving it, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
