How and when your order reaches you, and what happens if something isn’t right.
All items are made to order for Bassfest 2026. Orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods close to the festival this may take a little longer — we’ll always email you when your order is on its way. For UK delivery, order by 11:59pm on Thursday 9 July to receive your top before the festival. You can choose free festival collection at checkout at any point instead; after the home-delivery cut-off, collection becomes the only option.
Prefer to collect on the day? Choose festival collection at checkout (free of charge) and pick your order up from the merch point on-site at Don Valley Bowl, Sheffield during Bassfest 2026 (18th & 19th July 2026). Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
Every top is made to order especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email contact@shopbassfest2026.com within 14 days of receiving it, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
