Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bassfest 2026 collects and uses your personal data when you visit this store or place an order, in line with UK GDPR.

Data we collect

  • Contact and delivery details you provide at checkout (name, email, address).
  • Order details — the items you buy and your order history.
  • Payment is handled by Shopify; we receive confirmation of payment but not your full card details.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (page views and performance) to help us improve the site.

How we use your data

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your order.
  • To contact you about your order or festival collection.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • To improve and secure the store.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that help us run the store — for example Shopify (store and payments) and our print/fulfilment and delivery partners — and only as far as needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@shopbassfest2026.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
